The Stables Apartment is a luxury one bedroom, two story apartment. It comprises a luxurious queen sized bed upstairs and bathroom with double shower and clawfoot bath.  It has reverse cycle air conditioning up and down stairs, kitchenette, gas cook top and electric oven, tea and coffee making facilities including Nespresso machine, large flat screen TVs (55" and 40"").  All rooms have free high speed wireless internet.

The Stables Apartment is perfect for a single or couple for short term to long term stays.

The Coach House is a large room with queen bed on ground floor and a double and a single bed on mezzanine floor. 
Perfect for a short family stay, or for a single/couple requiring a medium term stay.
The Coach house has a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

The Milk Separator is a premium sized room. It comprises a luxurious queen sized bed. It has reverse cycle air conditioning, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine, microwave, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. All rooms have free wireless internet.

The Tack room is a large room with queen bed on a mezzanine floor and lounge area, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom on ground floor.

The Bon Accord Homestead can be let as a single bedroom house up to 5 bedroom.   It comprises 1 luxurious king sized bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms on the ground floor.  The main bathroom is situated on the ground floor.  Upstairs are 2 attic bedrooms one with a double and two singles, the other has a double (plus ensuite bathroom). The bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, large flat screen and high speed wireless internet. The Homestead can be booked as a single bedroom house to a 5 bedroomed house for a large group.

Unused bedrooms will be closed off during your stay, so you will not be sharing the house with other guests.

There are 2 Ironing Rooms (with one being the mirror image of the other).  They are self-contained and very comfortable queen rooms. Each comprises a luxurious queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, kitchenette, reverse cycle air conditioning, bar fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, large flat screen and high speed wireless internet.

School House (Queen) is a very comfortable cottage, comprising a luxurious queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, reverse cycle air conditioning, bar fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, large flat screen.  All rooms have free high speed wireless internet.
